Flu Season

We are experiencing an outbreak of the flu at Park Place. Please limit your visits to emergency visits only. Please remember to wash your hands prior to visiting and when you leave Park Place. We want to protect our residents.

We are currently treating most of the residents with the Tamiflu, which is a prescription antiviral medication to decrease the length of symptoms experienced by patients. Treating residents was a joint recommendation of physicians and the public health department. We are tracking cases of the flu and reporting symptoms to the health department. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call one of the nurses at Park Place.
