Park Place comprises of a total of 5 buildings. Three buildings, Ash, Birch, and Elm are dedicated to Memory Care. We prioritize individualized care with a 1:7 staff-to-resident ratio, and a team that is skilled in managing complex care needs. We are also committed to accessibility, working with families facing financial obstacles to find suitable placement solutions within Park Place.

What memory care services are provided at Park Place?
Park Place provides exceptional one-on-one care for all residents. These care services include assistance with grooming and hygiene, bathing, toileting, mobility/transfers, dining, medication management, and more. We offer private apartments with handicap accessible bathrooms and showers and emergency call systems in each apartment. Our memory care facilities have secured doors for extra safety of our residents with memory concerns as well as 24-hour care staff assistance.
How much does it cost to reside as an assisted living resident at Park Place?
We offer competitive rates starting at $4,800 per month. This rate includes the cost of rent, utilities, cable, wifi, dining services- breakfast, lunch, and dinner, memory care services, and medication management.
Does Park Place provide assistance with the cost of assisted living?
Park Place offers private apartments and assisted living care via private pay and/or Michigan Medicaid Waiver Program. Reach out to us for a free consultation and assistance with the application process.
