How do I know whether assisted living or memory care is appropriate?
Assisted living is generally appropriate when a person needs support with daily tasks but can safely navigate a familiar routine. Memory care adds a secured setting, more structured routines, and dementia-focused support. A Park Place assessment helps identify the safest fit.
What is included in the monthly rate?
Both assisted living and memory care are $4,800 per month, all-inclusive. The rate includes the private apartment, utilities, cable, Wi-Fi, meals, care services, and medication management.
Does Park Place accept Medicaid?
Park Place participates in Michigan’s MI Choice Medicaid Waiver Program. Approved services depend on eligibility and the individual service plan. Room and board are generally not paid by the waiver.
Can we tour before we are ready to move?
Yes. Touring early gives your family time to compare options, understand costs, and prepare before a health event turns the decision into a crisis.
