The people behind Park Place

Meet the Team

Care is personal. Get to know the teams who support residents, help families stay informed, and make everyday life at Park Place feel like home.

Administrator

Tabatha Watts

Tabatha brings over 25 years of healthcare experience, including nine years as an Administrator, to her leadership at Park Place. Her experience with parent company PS Senior Living helped shape her path to this role. Having worked in every position in the business, she understands firsthand the dedication and commitment required to provide the best possible care for residents. She brings that perspective to her leadership, supporting excellent resident care and a healthy, supportive work environment for staff. Outside of work, Tabatha enjoys watching TV, spending quality time with her family, and taking long walks.

Director of Marketing and Sales

Amber N. Duncan

For Amber, senior living is about finding a place to belong. She helps families navigate their journey with reassurance, compassion, and a commitment to making them feel heard. Amber holds a master’s degree in advertising and a bachelor’s degree in business management, with more than 200 credentials and training experiences in senior living, dementia care, and assisted living. Her background spans skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care.

Amber believes every resident deserves dignity, connection, and purpose. Outside of Park Place, she treasures time with her husband and children, sporting events, traveling, beach and spa visits, and—as she puts it—helping every Nana and Poppa out there.
