Life at Park Place
A residential campus shaped around familiarity.
Park Place is organized into five smaller buildings—not one oversized facility. That structure supports closer relationships, easier navigation, and a more comfortable daily rhythm.

Our setting
Green space outside. Familiar spaces inside.
Residents can enjoy covered porches, landscaped courtyards, walking areas, and quiet places to sit. Inside, each building offers its own dining room and community living area for everyday meals and gatherings.
Across the campus, residents also have access to activity spaces, a beauty salon, social programming, wellness opportunities, and spiritual care.
One campus, two care paths
Purposeful neighborhoods for different needs.
Cedar and Dogwood are dedicated to assisted living. Ash, Birch, and Elm are secured memory care buildings. Placement is based on the person’s assessment, safety needs, and available apartments.
Daily life
Care should support a life—not replace it.
The practical work matters: medications, meals, mobility, personal care, housekeeping, and safety. So do conversation, choice, activity, rest, and the confidence of a familiar routine.
